Dear Eileen, Lowry, Steve, Dennis, Kayleen, Corey, Tinna, Seth, Michelle, and James,

Dhan Kumari Thami lives in Rampurwa Village in rural Nepal.  She is widowed and lives alone in a small hut under a thatch roof.  The Development Alternative Organization (Bikas Bikalpa Sanstha) has been working to drastically improve sanitation facilities and health awareness in Rampurwa.

The project works with the local community to define their needs and provides the organization and resources for the village to meet them.  This project serves all residents regardless of their ethnicity or ability to pay.

Thank you Eileen, Wat, Steve, Dennis, Kayleen, Corey, Tinna, Seth, Michelle, and James for supporting Dhan’s new latrine.  For the first time in her life, Dhan Kumari has access to proper sanitation. Today she can experience a healthier life because of to you.
